On Victory Day, the Tulekaran municipality commissioned the memorial complex of Ramazan Huseynov and Azad Heydarov, Martyrs of the First Karabakh War, in Yukhari Tulekaran village, Guba district. Since the memorial complex is equipped with lighting systems, it also contributed to the lighting of the village. The use of the complex on Victory Day was welcomed by the residents. The works in this direction will be continued regularly.
